The Local Perspective Configurable Web Mapping Application does not respect the refresh interval set in the web map without clicking the internet browser's refresh button or using the Buffer tool.

Additional Information

Plan to migrate Local Perspective to mature support in the next ArcGIS Online release, with the suggested replacement app being the new Nearby app built on version 4x of the JSAPI. Therefore, bugs are not addressed with apps moving to mature support.

Workaround

Use a web mapping application created with ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. It immediately respects the refresh interval without refreshing the web page.
