As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.Workaround
Links added to the Page Properties tab of the Web mapping application should begin with http:// or should be links to pages stored in the Web application folder.Steps to Reproduce
