Additional Information

The Print widget in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 does not support printing legends for group layers. This is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.

Workaround

For ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1, ungroup the layers in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer.
