Duplicate of BUG-000152597.Workaround
Note that at this time ArcGIS Pro does not support complex WFS service layers through a service connection. The Complex WFS service option on the WFS To Feature Class geoprocessing tool may be able to convert some complex WFS service layers into feature classes stored in a geodatabase.
