Additional Information

This issue will not be addressed within the current product support cycle. Upgrading to print services published from ArcGIS Pro to a newer release of ArcGIS Enterprise resolves this issue. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services. In case some advanced symbols are used, append &returnAdvancedSymbols=true to the request.
