This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services for further investigation.Workaround
Issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 - 3.3 and ArcGIS Earth 2.2
When tested in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 and ArcGIS Pro 3.3, changing the orientation of the airport symbols applies the changes in the output KML file, and the points appear with the same orientation within ArcGIS Earth 2.2.
