Additional Information

This is fixed in the Map Viewer (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x) as part of the ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 release. The Map Viewer Classic (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 3.x) is now deprecated (See deprecation notice https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). Use the Map Viewer for the workflows.
