Additional Information
When changing the map frame to None for the legend, the custom formatting done to individual legend items will be lost. When resetting the map frame, only the defaults are applied. For this scenario to work, update the default legend item to have the desired heading or layer name formatting and visibility.Workaround
Use the header label instead of the layer name to display and separate the titles above attributes.
