Additional Information
X, Y, Z, or M-tolerance value of 0 is invalid and should not be used. Esri products do not allow creating these data but unable to control what other third party products are creating. The workaround in the bug description is sufficient to move forward.Workaround
Set the z-tolerance to 0.0001.
