Workaround
1. Open this KML in Google Earth and save it as a KMZ file.2. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the location where the KMZ file has been saved and rename it to name.zip.3. Right-click the zipped folder and extract it to get the individual collada files.4. In ArcCatalog, create an empty multipatch within a file geodatabase.5. Open ArcGlobe and bring in the empty multipatch.6. Open the 3D Editor toolbar and select the multipatch.7. Click the Insert tool and click on the screen where the building needs to be inserted.8. Browse and insert the building, placing it in the correct place manually.See the workflow video for reference.http://screencast.com/t/qbi2o7xsH2
