Additional Information

The raw KML data contains multiple geometry polygons with 102,121 sub-polygons. Although such polygons are not visible in ArcGIS Pro's native KML view or in Google Earth because those draw the polygon border and fill with the same color. The KML To Layer tool correctly converts each polygon to a feature in the output geometry.
