Topological operations are 2-D based. The two polylines involved are with Z values, and not simple in 2-D. In the code, user must set the IsKnownSimple property to false first before calling IsSimple The result of topological operations on non-simple geometries are not guaranteed to generate correct output.Steps to Reproduce
