ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and is to be retired on March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue is not to be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and migrating to ArcGIS Pro is recommended.
