Workaround
In Portal for ArcGIS, whenever an IsSimple() function calculation is performed on a feature service and the result is saved as a new feature service, the point is automatically repaired until the final result is normal.
- Perform the IsSimple() function calculation on the feature service and generate a result layer.
- Perform the IsSimple() function calculation again, but on the result layer.
- The calculation result is repaired and normal.
Sometimes, the calculation result is repaired completely after one calculation.
