There are some hidden features in the Revit model that are possibly causing it to show incorrect view extents. The cache is generated successfully and can be drawn, but because of incorrect extents, it is not showing in the initial extents. Zoom out to see the cache, or append the camera angle to the viewport to zoom to the building. Refer to: https://Workaround
The cache is present, but the extents are incorrect because some hidden features in the model are accounted for. After the cache job is completed, zoom out, and the building is shown. Alternatively, view the building by appending the viewport to the service.
