Additional Information

The input polygon has bad geometry due to an incorrect ring order. Fix the bad geometry, and the Intersect tool works as expected. Additionally, the XY resolution property must be set back to the default value for the spatial reference. Currently, the XY resolution property value does not follow GDB standards.
