The Intersect tool in ArcGIS Pro returns a "999999" error when the input data sources are large hosted feature layers with over 100 million records.

Additional Information
Unable to reproduce when user data has been loaded to the Feature Services team services. This most likely indicates there is something wrong with the data on the servers where there are issues.Workaround
- Use a smaller extent area or selection when using hosted feature layers and the Intersect tool.
- The Intersect tool works with local copies of the data rather than pulling the data from hosted services.
