The Interactive Legend web app template created in Portal for ArcGIS displaying a web map with five or more feature layers does not fit the interactive legend on the screen of mobile devices.

- Pull a web map with five feature layers into ArcGIS Online.
- Create an Interactive Legend web app from the web map.
No display issues occur on mobile devices through ArcGIS Online.
