The interactive filter in the Filter web application template on ArcGIS Online truncates leading zeros if the search string only contains numbers.

Workaround
The filter expression can be changed from 'is' to 'contains' to allow the truncated search string to still match up. This can return invalid results though (ex 78536).Steps to Reproduce
