Integrate documentation was misleading and has been rewritten for the 10.6.1/2.2 release. XYTolerance should not be used to generalize data. Large XYTolerances can cause unexpected movement in the data. Please see http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/topologies/topology-in-arcgis.htm on how XYTolerance is used in topological functions.Workaround
