This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Survey123. If experiencing the behavior described in this issue, please reach out to Esri Support Services for further investigation.Workaround
Fill out and submit the survey using the mobile app or ArcGIS Survey123 Connect. Include an alphabetical character, permitted but not required, following an 'N' or 'n' input mask character.
