Additional Information

This issue is resolved in newer releases of the solution. The workaround resolves the issue.

Workaround

  1. Navigate to the Damage Assessment folder in the content.
  2. Rename the IndividualAssistanceArchive hosted feature layer to IndividualAssistanceArchive_old or something similar.
  3. Navigate to the IndividualAssistance hosted feature layer's item details page.
  4. Click Export Data and export to file geodatabase (FGDB).
  5. Download and save the .zip file geodatabase (FGDB) locally.
  6. From the Portal for ArcGIS Content tab, click New Item and browse to the .zip file and publish the zipped file geodatabase (FGDB) as a hosted feature layer in the Damage Assessment folder called IndividualAssistanceArchive.
  7. Ensure that the published hosted feature layer has both a Damage Reports layer and related Photos table. Rename these to Damage Reports Archive and Photos Archive to be consistent.
  8. In the URL of the item details page, copy the item ID that is at the end of the URL.
  9. In the content, go to the Archive Damage Assessments notebook. Find the section of code where the archive item is referenced and update it with the copied ID in the previous step (e.g. ind_assistance_archive_item_id = "5d78de124c37449abebfb362f19ab5be").
  10. Save the notebook.
  11. After ensuring it works, delete the IndividualAssistanceArchive_old layer, if desired.
