This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Survey123 with the information provided. If experiencing the behavior described in this defect, contact Esri Support Services for further investigation.Workaround
Use the indexed-repeat function as a separate question in the if calculation. Example: if(count(${testone})=2,Great,${testtwo}) where ${testtwo} is the indexed-repeat function.
