Additional Information
As of the ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 release, the tile cache data store is deprecated. The administrator of the hosting server can run the MigrateSceneService utility, which is installed with ArcGIS Server 11.4 or 11.5, to move hosted scene layer caches to an Object Store.Workaround
Perform the following workarounds to resolve the issue:
- Uninstall ArcGIS Data Store.
- Clean out C:\arcgisdatastore.
- Reinstall ArcGIS Data Store and restore data from the relational and tile cache backup.
