The Image size on the longest edge setting from Survey123 for ArcGIS Connect is not honored when the Annotate option is selected for the image question while capturing the image from the Survey123 for ArcGIS app.

Additional Information

When using the annotate (or draw) appearances with the image questions, a canvas is opened. The canvas size is the same size as the screen resolution for the device. Images are resized to fit the canvas.
