Additional Information
The model from support has two environment links instead of precondition links ahead of the two Calculate Field tools. Therefore both Calculate Field tools run in the model and the field Calculation gets value from the second tool. Draw precondition links between logical tool outputs and Calculate Field tools return the correct result. Use the Select By Attribute tool instead of the logical tool.
