The Identity tool runs for a very long time and fails on large datasets giving the error, "ERROR 999999: Error executing function. Invalid Topology. Failed to execute."

1. Split the point layer into two different feature classes.2. Run the Identity tool.3. Use SpatialJoin with JOIN_ONE_TO_MANY, KEEP_COMMON and INTERSECT to generate the same output as Identity for this case.Steps to Reproduce
