This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.34, so the service now renders in browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Safari. For Firefox, please refer to the provided workaround.Workaround
This dataset will still fail to render in Firefox with default settings, and return a warning message: "WebGL warning: drawElementsInstanced: Context's max indexCount is 30000000, but 34575744 requested. [webgl.max-vert-ids-per-draw]."
Increasing 'webgl.max-vert-ids-per-draw' in 'about:config' allows to bypass this. Refer to a related Firefox bug for more information: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1849433.
