This issue is logged against the Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK), which is now deprecated. Refer to the deprecation notice in https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662. The issue is not reproducible in Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK) using the newer version of ArcGIS Enterprise. We recommend users use Map Viewer for all their workflows.
