Additional Information

In addition to setting the bind::esri:fieldType, the user must add the decimal value to the bind::type to hidden questions. This is because the bind::esri:fieldType only controls the field type created in the feature layer. To control the field type for a question during a survey for the calculation to execute properly, use the bind::type column.
