The haloSymbol component of a CIMTextSymbol layer does not scale proportionally when viewed using the symbolUtil.renderPreviewHTML method in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript v4.30.

Workaround
This is only an issue when the size is provided in the renderPreviewHTML options. As a workaround, use the default size instead of specifying a size directly.
