This is expected behavior and follows the iOS platform design where section headers, in this case group names, are presented in all uppercase. Similar behavior happens outside of ArcGIS Field Maps when looking at apps such as Contacts where all the letter section headers are in caps. The Android platform OS follows a different design standard where the section headers are not limited to uppercase characters. In both cases, ArcGIS Field Maps honors the design standards of the respective platforms.
