The Group Filter widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS does not honor the layer filter configured in a web map.

Additional Information
The default behavior (not checking Append Filter) is that it overwrites the default layer definition to the layer. If Append Filter is checked, then it does not overwrite the existing filter, but append to it either with an AND or OR clause. So if applied to a group, the result of the map would be red, yellow, and green for each of the shapes drawn on the map . If the expectation is to see just a single color on the map, then this is not what this widget does.Steps to Reproduce
