The Group Filter widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder does not refresh if the underlying web map contains an Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) layer.

Additional Information

WMTS cache map services or WMTS cache image services are not supported in this widget. Only major issues are to be fixed for this widget. This widget is not to be enhanced and smaller issues not greatly affecting the widget functionality is not to be fixed.

Workaround

Remove the Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) layer from the web map underlying the web app.
