The graduated color symbology works with a classification method of Defined Interval and interval size of 0.25 in ArcMap 10.6.1, but in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.1, the interval size of 0.25 automatically changes to one.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.8. An interval size set to 0.25 does not revert to 1.
