The "GPS location not available" error is returned in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) when connected to a Garmin GLO GPS device.

Additional Information

This is expected behavior as this type of receiver does not send GST type National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) messages. Tapping the GPS button acquires the location (estimated).

Workaround

Tap the "GPS location not available" error, or use another GPS receiver.
