Bug
The Global Solar Atlas hosted imagery layer in ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World does not draw in ArcGIS Pro and displays NoData in the popup when using the Identify tool. Changing the processing template from the default results in the map drawing but still does not return values in the popup.
