The "Get Token" link shown in the services directory root page is correct. Use that link or manually type the url to getToken.html page (eg: <a href="https://server/ArcGIS/tokens/getToken.html" target="_blank">https://server/ArcGIS/tokens/getToken.html</a>)Steps to Reproduce
