The German Language Pack for ArcGIS Desktop 10.7.1 does not launch the setup program after clicking on the Close button despite having "Launch the setup program." selected.

Additional Information
Reboot the machine and try again. There may have be a conflicting process running in the background.Workaround
- Manually open the folder where the package is extracted.
- Look for "<Path to extracted folder>\ArcGIS 10.7.1\Desktop_LP\de\Supplement\DesktopGerman.msi".
- Launch the *.msi setup file.
