The GeoRSS feed fails to load in an ArcGIS Online web map and instead returns the following error message, "The GeoRSS, https://inciweb.nwcg.gov/feeds/rss/incidents, cannot be added to the map. An error occurred during loading."

Add the fire incident feed to the web map filtered by state.
