Additional Information

The Ready To Use tools are implemented to only use the ArcGIS Online Services as the network data source and not intended for the current network data source set in the Analysis > Network Analysis drop-down. The tool is not configured to access the ArcGIS Enterprise service.

Workaround

Instead of the Ready To Use tools, use the following workflow:

Log in to the portal with the desired network analysis services.
On the Analysis tab, in the Network Analysis drop-down, select the desired portal as the network data source.
On the Analysis tab, in the Network Analysis drop-down, click the desired solver to create a network analysis layer.
Configure the layer settings and add the desired inputs.
Click Run to solve the analysis.

Note: The same workflow is used in Model Builder using the Make*AnalysisLayer, Add Locations, and Solve geoprocessing tools.
