Additional Information
This issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.5 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 with ArcGIS Experience Builder. If the issue persists in Experience Builder, submit a new defect.Workaround
Publish the geoprocessing service with the asynchronous mode of execution. However, it creates a new hosted service every time the geoprocessing service is run.
