The Geometry URL parameters for point locations do not work as expected in ArcGIS Dashboards if there is a List element configured with Zoom, Flash, or Pan map actions.

This is working as designed. It is recommended to remove the conflicting Zoom action from the list to ensure the Geometry URL parameter is applied when the dashboard is first loaded.
