Additional Information

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.

Workaround

  • Use ArcMap.
  • Run arcpy.stats.GeographicallyWeightedRegression, refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/spatial-statistics/geographically-weighted-regression.htm for more information. This is the discontinued Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) tool for ArcGIS Pro 2.3 and lower, and it is not available in newer ArcGIS Pro versions. However, users can execute the Python code for this discontinued tool and potentially build a custom Python script in the future.
