Additional Information

This issue was fixed in 10.5 under another tracking ID

Workaround

The issue does not occur if the folder (not ‘.\arcgisinput\Test.GPServer’) containing the original .sde connection with saved credentials and the .csv file is added to ArcGIS GIS Server registered folders in ArcGIS Data Store.
