The Geocode Addresses geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.3 Model Builder reverts back to default 'Routing Location' after the model is run despite being set to 'Address Location'.

Unable to reproduce this behavior in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.Workaround
The tool run correctly if manually change the parameter back to 'Address location' before validating and running the model for a second time, which is done when editing the model. However, it is important to note that the workaround is not working if running the model from the Geoprocessing pane as it cannot be edited in that interface.
