The generate_report function of the ArcGIS API for Python, used in ArcGIS Online notebooks to generate ArcGIS Survey123 reports, intermittently returns a None object instead of producing the expected PDF or Word document output.

Workaround

Manually run the report in the ArcGIS Survey123 web app, and the report did not generate the same intermittent None error.
