The fromGeoCoordinateString operation in a geomerty service fails to generate coordinates when using precision in the input string for Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) conversion type and utmDefault conversion mode.

Additional Information
The UTM coordinates have one meter precision. Decimal points are not allowed.Workaround
Modify the input string to have no precision i.e. [16N 536208 4177713] and the geometry service generates coordinates successfully.Steps to Reproduce
