The French language pack does not recognize the Geodatabase Version History date field while trying to open database properties, and the following error message, "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime." is returned.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6, 3.5.3, 3.3.7, and 3.4.5.

Workaround

Change the ArcGIS Pro language back to English, then reopen ArcGIS Pro and check the geodatabase properties.
