The format set in the body::esri:inputMask field does not show up when accessing a Survey123 for ArcGIS form in an internet browser on a mobile device or computer.

Duplicate of ENH-000120355.Workaround
The issue does not occur when using the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app on an iOS or Android device and Windows PC. Click the following link to download: Survey123 for ArcGIS.
The following workflow does not cause the same issue:
- In the item details page of the form, select Open in the Survey123 drop-down menu, and click Open in Survey123 app.
